 and here’s the catch-22 for my store: it is incredibly frustrating for us to field calls from people asking us to check if we have their entire list in stock when we have lines of people wanting to do returns and check out and sign off on paperwork and the other phones are ringing…and they usually only live a few miles away.
sooo…we hate it when you call, we hate it when you do the above.
you can’t make us service-deskers happy, i guess.
